NETHERLANDS/NEW ZEELAND. The backlash is here which means that logic has left the building.
Crazy leftists are blaming the terrorattack in Christchurch on more or less every person who have ever criticized Islam. Ben Shapiro and Sam Harris have been mentioned and I guess I’m to blame too. Sorry. Even Democrat Chelsea Clinton got blamed when she went to a vigil for the victims and got an earful from radical leftists Rose Asaf and Leen Dweik and their finger-snapping clique:
This right here is the result of a massacre stoked by people like you and the words that you put out into the world. I want you to know that and I want you to feel that deep down inside. Forty-nine people died because of the rhetoric you put out there.
The rethoric she refers to is that Chelsea tweeted, on February 10, that elected officials shouldn’t traffic in anti-semitism, alluding to Ilhan Omars comments. So critiqing a Muslims anti-semitism means that you cause massacres. On the other side of the earth.
Pointing out or discussing negative things about Islam also cause terror according to these people. If the killer is white you have fueled his hate with your “Islamophobia” and if he’s a Muslim he’s so offended and oppressed by that rethoric that he must commit a massmurder to prove that the critics of Islam are… right?
So maybe the reason why a man born in Turkey killed three people and injured five in Utrecht today was that he had been radicalized by hearing critique of Dutch things. The hate of people around him as they picked on tulips, Armin van Buuren, having mayonaise on french fries and perhaps van Gogh fueled his hate and made him act in that way. And as rethoric and words are lethal, perhaps we should censor ourself completely if it’s not praise for Islam. Or anti-semitism of course.
