UK/SWEDEN. The British Foreign Office warn their citizens that there is an increased risk of terror attacks in Sweden. They write:
There’s a heightened threat of terrorist attack globally against UK interests and British nationals from groups or individuals motivated by the conflict in Iraq and Syria. You should be vigilant at this time.
None of the nordic countries have this kind of warning about Sweden and the Swedish Security Service don’t want to comment on other countries decisions.
Their assessment is that the level of threat is still on 3 out of 5, which means elevated threat. It has been at that level since the fall of 2010 when two bombs exploded in Stockholm. The only person that were harmed was the terrorist.
